West Palm Beach is a vacation and regional-market use case. The credit can be useful if the participating restaurants fit your trip, but it should not send you far out of your way.

Last checked: July 8, 2026. Restaurant participation can change.

Quick Take

For West Palm Beach, Chase Sapphire Reserve® Exclusive Tables currently has a modest list of 5 participating restaurants. The current list includes 1 restaurant that appears to be new since the earlier version. The credit is useful only if the restaurants fit how you already plan to dine.

How the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables Credit Works

Eligible Chase Sapphire Reserve® and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers can receive up to $300 per calendar year in statement credits at Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurants through OpenTable.

The credit is split into two windows:

  • Up to $150 from January 1 through June 30
  • Up to $150 from July 1 through December 31

To use the credit, dine at a participating Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurant and pay with an eligible card. The credit does not apply to every OpenTable restaurant, unused credits do not roll over between the two six-month periods, and participating restaurants can change.

Eligible cardmembers can also link an eligible card on OpenTable for access to special or primetime reservation inventory. Terms apply.

West Palm Beach Restaurants Currently on the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables List

Stage Kitchen & Bar - Boca

Stage Kitchen & Bar in Boca Raton is chef Pushkar Marathe’s global small-plates restaurant, with James Beard Foundation nominee credentials and Indian, Asian, and Mediterranean influences. The credit works well for sharing several dishes and drinks.

Nicholson Muir Meats

Nicholson Muir Meats in downtown Boynton Beach blends Argentine live-fire cooking with Italian tradition in the historic Ruth Jones Cottage, with Michelin Guide Florida recommendations. Use the credit for dry-aged steak, pasta, seafood, or a chef-guided splurge.

The Butcher's Club at PGA National Resort

The Butcher’s Club at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens is Jeremy Ford’s swanky shared-style steakhouse; Ford is a Top Chef winner and James Beard nominee. The $150 credit helps with a resort steakhouse bill, but expect it to cover only part of dinner.

Taki Omakase - Delray

Taki Omakase in Delray Beach serves an 18-course chef’s-choice Japanese menu with nigiri, seafood, and wagyu, with set seating times and deposits. The credit offsets a dinner omakase, but raw-fish requirements and cancellation rules make advance planning important.

Taki Omakase- Boca Raton

Taki Omakase Boca Raton offers Edomae-style omakase with techniques such as dry-aging, wet-aging, kombu-jime, and precise marinades. Use the credit for a planned chef’s-counter sushi night, keeping the deposit and service-charge policies in mind.

Notable Picks

Best steakhouse option

The Butcher's Club at PGA National Resort. This is the right bucket for a planned steakhouse night, not for someone trying to keep the check close to $150.

Best Japanese or sushi option

Taki Omakase - Delray, Taki Omakase- Boca Raton. Check the current menu format before assuming the $150 credit covers much of the bill.

Best practical shortlist

Stage Kitchen & Bar - Boca, Nicholson Muir Meats. If you want the credit to feel like a normal dinner credit, start with these before looking at pricier or less convenient options.

Newly Added Restaurants

These restaurants appear to be new since the earlier version of the West Palm Beach Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables list:

  • Taki Omakase- Boca Raton — currently showing for West Palm Beach as of this update.

Final Thoughts

West Palm Beach looks like a average market for using the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables credit, but only if the eligible restaurants overlap with places you would actually visit.

The credit is easiest to value when it applies to a restaurant you already wanted. If West Palm Beach's list changes where you eat just to use the benefit, value it at less than face value.

Before booking, check the current OpenTable Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables page for West Palm Beach and make sure the restaurant is still participating.
