St. Louis is a narrow Chase Sapphire Reserve® market right now. The credit can help with the right reservation, but there are not enough options to treat it as automatic value.

Last checked: July 8, 2026. Restaurant participation can change.

Quick Take

For St. Louis, Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables currently has a short list of 2 participating restaurants. The current list is narrower than before, with 1 earlier restaurants not showing now. The credit is useful only if the restaurants fit how you already plan to dine.

How the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables Credit Works

Eligible Chase Sapphire Reserve® and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers can receive up to $300 per calendar year in statement credits at Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurants through OpenTable.

The credit is split into two windows:

  • Up to $150 from January 1 through June 30
  • Up to $150 from July 1 through December 31

To use the credit, dine at a participating Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurant and pay with an eligible card. The credit does not apply to every OpenTable restaurant, unused credits do not roll over between the two six-month periods, and participating restaurants can change.

Eligible cardmembers can also link an eligible card on OpenTable for access to special or primetime reservation inventory. Terms apply.

Notable Picks

Best use if the list is narrow

Start with Olive + Oak. A 2-restaurant list leaves very little room for backup plans, so check the current page before counting on the credit.

Best practical shortlist

Olive + Oak, Madrina. For most readers, this is the first bucket to check before turning the credit into an expensive special-occasion meal.

Restaurants Previously on the List

These restaurants appeared on an earlier version of the St. Louis Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables list but were not showing on the current city page as of July 8, 2026:

  • Idol Wolf – 21c Museum Hotel St. Louis

That does not necessarily mean they are gone permanently. OpenTable participation can change, so check the current page before booking.

Final Thoughts

St. Louis looks like a weak market for using the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables credit, but only if the eligible restaurants overlap with places you would actually visit.

The credit is easiest to value when it applies to a restaurant you already wanted. If St. Louis's list changes where you eat just to use the benefit, value it at less than face value.

Before booking, check the current OpenTable Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables page for St. Louis and make sure the restaurant is still participating.
