See which Salt Lake City restaurants are part of Chase Sapphire Reserve® Exclusive Tables and how to use the up to $300 dining credit.

Salt Lake City has a short but usable Chase Sapphire Reserve® list. The benefit works best for a planned local or travel dinner, not as a reason to force a restaurant choice.
Last checked: July 8, 2026. Restaurant participation can change.
For Salt Lake City, Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables currently has a modest list of 5 participating restaurants. The current list is narrower than before, with 1 earlier restaurants not showing now. The credit is useful only if the restaurants fit how you already plan to dine.
Eligible Chase Sapphire Reserve® and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers can receive up to $300 per calendar year in statement credits at Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurants through OpenTable.
The credit is split into two windows:
To use the credit, dine at a participating Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurant and pay with an eligible card. The credit does not apply to every OpenTable restaurant, unused credits do not roll over between the two six-month periods, and participating restaurants can change.
Eligible cardmembers can also link an eligible card on OpenTable for access to special or primetime reservation inventory. Terms apply.
Chase Sapphire Reserve®Annual fee: $795

Prohibition in Murray is a 1920s-themed, 21+ bar, restaurant, and live-entertainment venue with craft cocktails and show seating. The credit is useful for a dinner-and-drinks night, but check ID rules and seating details because patio tables do not view the shows.
Monte in South Salt Lake is chef Martin Babio’s reservation-only tasting-menu restaurant inside Beehive Distillery, focused on Utah farms, foragers, and artisans. The credit offsets part of a two- to three-hour fine-dining experience; note the limited dietary accommodation policy.
Matteo Ristorante Italiano in Salt Lake City serves Modena-inspired Italian food from chef Damiano Carlotto, emphasizing family recipes, pasta, and rustic comfort. It is one of the simpler credit uses for a traditional Italian dinner rather than a bar or tasting menu.
Cosmica in the Maven West Building is a 21+ modern Italian diner and bar focused on Roman and Southern Italian dishes, house-leavened pizza dough, fresh pasta, and low-intervention wines. The credit works for a lively dinner, but every guest needs valid ID.
Sunday’s Best at the Post District is a high-energy downtown brunch spot with tropical interiors, DJ music, Champagne, rooftop lounge vibes, and outdoor atriums. Use the credit for a brunch group or celebratory daytime meal rather than a quiet dinner.
Matteo Ristorante Italiano. This bucket is usually more flexible than a fixed-menu splurge and can work better for a practical credit use.
Prohibition, Monte, Matteo Ristorante Italiano, Cosmica. For most readers, this is the first bucket to check before turning the credit into an expensive special-occasion meal.
Salt Lake City looks like a average market for using the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables credit, but only if the eligible restaurants overlap with places you would actually visit.
I would value the credit based on realistic use in Salt Lake City, not the $300 annual amount. A restaurant you would not normally book is not the same as cash.
Before booking, check the current OpenTable Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables page for Salt Lake City and make sure the restaurant is still participating.
