See which Raleigh restaurants are part of Chase Sapphire Reserve® Exclusive Tables and how to use the up to $300 dining credit.

Raleigh is a practical local-market use case for the dining credit. With a shorter list, the benefit depends on whether the participating restaurants fit where you already want to eat.
Last checked: July 8, 2026. Restaurant participation can change.
For Raleigh, Chase Sapphire Reserve® Exclusive Tables currently has a modest list of 5 participating restaurants. The credit is useful only if the restaurants fit how you already plan to dine.
Eligible Chase Sapphire Reserve® and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers can receive up to $300 per calendar year in statement credits at Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurants through OpenTable.
The credit is split into two windows:
To use the credit, dine at a participating Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurant and pay with an eligible card. The credit does not apply to every OpenTable restaurant, unused credits do not roll over between the two six-month periods, and participating restaurants can change.
Eligible cardmembers can also link an eligible card on OpenTable for access to special or primetime reservation inventory. Terms apply.
Chase Sapphire Reserve®Annual fee: $795

La Terrazza in Raleigh is a Southern Italian and Mediterranean rooftop-style restaurant from Umbria Hospitality Group, with skyline views, two bars, and patio seating handled first come, first served. The credit fits a celebratory dinner or drinks-and-dinner night.
Tamasha Modern Indian in North Hills pairs a dramatic dining room with chef Bhavin Chhatwani’s modern Indian cooking and has Michelin Guide and Esquire recognition. The credit is a strong fit for a polished date night where $150 can offset food plus cocktails.
Poole’s Diner is Ashley Christensen’s modern comfort-food landmark in downtown Raleigh, evolved from the 1945 Poole’s Pie Shop. Use the credit for seasonal American dishes at the counter or dining room; it is one of Raleigh’s most practical, less fussy redemptions.
Death & Taxes downtown is Ashley Christensen’s wood-fire restaurant in a 1907 building that once housed a funeral home and bank. The $150 half-year credit works for roasted oysters, steak, pastas, and wine when you want a more special dinner than Poole’s.
Herons in Cary is the fine-dining restaurant at The Umstead Hotel and Spa, with seasonal American cooking, polished service, and a resort setting. Treat the credit as a partial offset for a high-end Triangle meal, especially if you were already planning a hotel or celebration dinner.
Tamasha Modern Indian, Poole's Diner, Death & Taxes, Herons. If you want the credit to feel like a normal dinner credit, start with these before looking at pricier or less convenient options.
Raleigh looks like a average market for using the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables credit, but only if the eligible restaurants overlap with places you would actually visit.
I would value the credit based on realistic use in Raleigh, not the $300 annual amount. A restaurant you would not normally book is not the same as cash.
Before booking, check the current OpenTable Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables page for Raleigh and make sure the restaurant is still participating.
