See which Portland restaurants are part of Chase Sapphire Reserve® Exclusive Tables and how to use the up to $300 dining credit.

Portland’s Chase Sapphire Reserve® list has enough variety to be useful, but it still works best as a practical restaurant shortlist rather than a reason to change your whole dining plan.
Last checked: July 8, 2026. Restaurant participation can change.
For Portland, Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables currently has a useful but still selective list of 10 participating restaurants. The list has changed, with 2 restaurants appearing to be new and 4 earlier restaurants not showing now. The credit is useful only if the restaurants fit how you already plan to dine.
Eligible Chase Sapphire Reserve® and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers can receive up to $300 per calendar year in statement credits at Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurants through OpenTable.
The credit is split into two windows:
To use the credit, dine at a participating Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurant and pay with an eligible card. The credit does not apply to every OpenTable restaurant, unused credits do not roll over between the two six-month periods, and participating restaurants can change.
Eligible cardmembers can also link an eligible card on OpenTable for access to special or primetime reservation inventory. Terms apply.
Chase Sapphire Reserve®Annual fee: $795

Oma’s Hideaway in Southeast Portland serves Indonesian- and Malaysian-inspired food rooted in Singaporean hawker flavors, from the Gado Gado team. It is a fun credit target for bold, shareable dishes and cocktails where $150 can cover a generous portion of dinner for two.
Shalom Y’all in Southeast Portland is an Eastern Mediterranean restaurant with Levantine, North African, and Middle Eastern flavors, fresh pita, hummus, kebabs, and lamb chops. The credit is practical for a group meal or casual date where sharing helps stretch the benefit.
Arden in the Pearl District/Northwest Portland serves seasonal Pacific Northwest cooking with an award-winning wine program, à la carte options, and a $75 chef’s prix fixe. The $150 half-year credit lines up neatly with dinner for two before drinks or pairings.
Canard on Burnside is the casual wine-bar sibling from the Le Pigeon team in Portland’s Central Eastside, built for small plates, snacks, and playful bistro cooking. It is one of the easier credit uses when you want a high-quality meal without committing to a long tasting menu.
L’Orange is an intimate Southeast Portland restaurant from chef Joel Stocks, recognized by The New York Times in 2024, with European-leaning dishes and a thoughtful wine list from Jeff Vejr’s team. Use the credit for a wine-and-dinner night in a smaller room.
Nodoguro in downtown Portland is a Japanese kaiseki-style tasting restaurant, with roughly 20 courses shaped around Pacific Northwest ingredients. The credit will offset only part of the bill, so reserve it for a deliberate special-occasion meal.
Xiao Ye in Northeast Portland serves “first-generation American” cooking, blending comfort food, global influences, seasonal produce, and a cozy candlelit room. It is a useful credit target when you want creative Portland food without the formality of kaiseki or fine dining.
Hayward in McMinnville is a wine-country restaurant centered on Oregon ingredients, open-fire cooking, and Willamette Valley producers. For Portland readers, it is a better credit use on a planned wine-country outing than a reason to drive out solely for Chase reimbursement.
LangBaan in Northwest Portland is a refined Thai tasting-menu restaurant known nationally and backed by James Beard-level recognition. The $150 half-year credit is best viewed as a partial rebate on a special Thai tasting menu with pairings or add-ons potentially pushing the bill higher.
Coquine on Mount Tabor is a seasonal Pacific Northwest restaurant and bakery from chef Katy Millard, known for thoughtful sourcing and a neighborhood feel. Use the credit for a composed dinner where the food is the draw, not just to chase a reimbursement.
Oma's Hideaway, Shalom Y'all, Arden, Canard - Burnside. If you want the credit to feel like a normal dinner credit, start with these before looking at pricier or less convenient options.

These restaurants appeared on an earlier version of the Portland Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables list but were not showing on the current city page as of July 8, 2026:
That does not necessarily mean they are gone permanently. OpenTable participation can change, so check the current page before booking.
Portland looks like a strong market for using the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables credit, but only if the eligible restaurants overlap with places you would actually visit.
The credit is easiest to value when it applies to a restaurant you already wanted. If Portland's list changes where you eat just to use the benefit, value it at less than face value.
Before booking, check the current OpenTable Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables page for Portland and make sure the restaurant is still participating.
