Oklahoma should be treated as the market name from the current OpenTable list rather than a promise that options are convenient statewide. Start with the restaurant locations before assigning value to the credit.

Quick Take

For Oklahoma, Chase Sapphire Reserve® Exclusive Tables currently has a modest list of 6 participating restaurants. The credit is useful only if the restaurants fit how you already plan to dine.

How the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables Credit Works

Eligible Chase Sapphire Reserve® and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers can receive up to $300 per calendar year in statement credits at Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurants through OpenTable.

The credit is split into two windows:

  • Up to $150 from January 1 through June 30
  • Up to $150 from July 1 through December 31

To use the credit, dine at a participating Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurant and pay with an eligible card. The credit does not apply to every OpenTable restaurant, unused credits do not roll over between the two six-month periods, and participating restaurants can change.

Eligible cardmembers can also link an eligible card on OpenTable for access to special or primetime reservation inventory. Terms apply.

Oklahoma Restaurants Currently on the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables List

MAHT

MAHT in Oklahoma City is chef Kevin Lee’s modern American steakhouse with Korean influence, combining classic steakhouse cuts with bolder flavors. Use the $150 half-year credit for a celebratory OKC dinner where the food is meat-forward but more distinctive than a standard steakhouse.

Perle Mesta

Perle Mesta sits in the historic Skirvin Hotel and marks James Beard-winning chef Andrew Black’s return with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and his “possibility cuisine” approach. The credit is practical for travelers staying downtown or locals planning a hotel-restaurant night out.

Osteria

Osteria in Oklahoma City is Jonathon Stranger’s neighborhood Italian restaurant and craft bar, focused on seasonal recipes, local ingredients, pasta, and a communal feel. The credit works well for a date night where you want familiar Italian structure with more local personality.

Grey Sweater

Grey Sweater in Bricktown is Andrew Black’s blind tasting-menu restaurant, with seven- and ten-course options, wine pairings, and an ambassador call before the meal. Use the credit as a planned discount on a high-end reservation, and note the 48-hour cancellation terms.

nonesuch

nonesuch in Midtown is an intimate Oklahoma City tasting experience centered on local sourcing, fermentation, sustainability, wine, and a kitchen-facing style of service. The credit is useful for diners who want a distinctive OKC meal and can flag dietary restrictions well in advance.

Birdies by Chef Kevin Lee

Birdies by Chef Kevin Lee is an Oklahoma City restaurant tied to the same chef behind MAHT, giving the local list another chef-driven option. Use the credit for a more flexible meal than Grey Sweater or nonesuch, especially if you want Korean-accented cooking without a full tasting menu.

Notable Picks

Best Italian or pizza option

Osteria. This bucket is usually more flexible than a fixed-menu splurge and can work better for a practical credit use.

Best practical shortlist

MAHT, Osteria, Grey Sweater, nonesuch. I would check these first for a practical reservation, then move to the splurge picks only if they already fit the night.

Final Thoughts

Oklahoma looks like a average market for using the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables credit, but only if the eligible restaurants overlap with places you would actually visit.

The dining credit works best as a rebate on a real meal, not as a reason to invent a new dinner plan. If Oklahoma's list changes where you eat just to use the benefit, value it at less than face value.

Before booking, check the current OpenTable Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables page for Oklahoma and make sure the restaurant is still participating.
