See which New Mexico restaurants are part of Chase Sapphire Reserve® Exclusive Tables and how to use the up to $300 dining credit.

New Mexico is a regional market with a very narrow current list. Treat the dining credit as useful only if the participating restaurant fits your trip or local plans.
Last checked: July 8, 2026. Restaurant participation can change.
For New Mexico, Chase Sapphire Reserve® Exclusive Tables currently has a very narrow list of 1 participating restaurant. The credit is useful only if the restaurants fit how you already plan to dine.
Eligible Chase Sapphire Reserve® and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers can receive up to $300 per calendar year in statement credits at Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurants through OpenTable.
The credit is split into two windows:
To use the credit, dine at a participating Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurant and pay with an eligible card. The credit does not apply to every OpenTable restaurant, unused credits do not roll over between the two six-month periods, and participating restaurants can change.
Eligible cardmembers can also link an eligible card on OpenTable for access to special or primetime reservation inventory. Terms apply.
Chase Sapphire Reserve®Annual fee: $795
Sebby's Take: This premium travel card is packed with perks like airport lounge access, travel credits, and elevated rewards on travel and dining. It’s a top choice for frequent travelers who want premium benefits and flexible redemption options

Farm & Table in Albuquerque’s North Valley serves seasonal farm-to-table cooking with ingredients from local growers and its own on-site farm, plus craft beer, wine, indoor dining, and a patio overlooking ten acres. The credit is straightforward here for a New Mexico-focused dinner.
Start with Farm & Table. With only 1 current option, this market is useful only if the restaurant already fits your plans.
Farm & Table. I would check these first for a practical reservation, then move to the splurge picks only if they already fit the night.
New Mexico looks like a weak market for using the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables credit, but only if the eligible restaurants overlap with places you would actually visit.
I would value the credit based on realistic use in New Mexico, not the $300 annual amount. A restaurant you would not normally book is not the same as cash.
Before booking, check the current OpenTable Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables page for New Mexico and make sure the restaurant is still participating.
