See which Minneapolis restaurants are part of Chase Sapphire Reserve® Exclusive Tables and how to use the up to $300 dining credit.

Minneapolis is a practical market for the dining credit if the restaurants line up with your plans. With a short list, the right question is whether you would choose one of these places without the credit.
Last checked: July 8, 2026. Restaurant participation can change.
For Minneapolis, Chase Sapphire Reserve® Exclusive Tables currently has a short list of 3 participating restaurants. The list has changed, with 1 restaurant appearing to be new and 1 earlier restaurant no longer showing. The credit is useful only if the restaurants fit how you already plan to dine.
Eligible Chase Sapphire Reserve® and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers can receive up to $300 per calendar year in statement credits at Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurants through OpenTable.
The credit is split into two windows:
To use the credit, dine at a participating Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurant and pay with an eligible card. The credit does not apply to every OpenTable restaurant, unused credits do not roll over between the two six-month periods, and participating restaurants can change.
Eligible cardmembers can also link an eligible card on OpenTable for access to special or primetime reservation inventory. Terms apply.
Chase Sapphire Reserve®Annual fee: $795
Sebby's Take: This premium travel card is packed with perks like airport lounge access, travel credits, and elevated rewards on travel and dining. It’s a top choice for frequent travelers who want premium benefits and flexible redemption options

P.S. Steak in the former La Belle Vie space is a Minneapolis steakhouse from Mike DeCamp, with dry-aged cuts, seasonal dishes, cocktails, and a lounge with fireplace. The credit is best for a classic special-occasion steak dinner where $150 is a discount, not the budget.
Baldamar in Roseville is a stylish steak-and-seafood restaurant with 40-day aged steaks, fresh seafood, a large bar, and a 20% service fee for groups of six or more noted on OpenTable. Use the credit if you are north of Minneapolis and want a celebratory meat-focused meal.
Porzana in the North Loop is Daniel del Prado’s modern Argentinian wood-fire steakhouse, with steaks, seafood, vegetables, pasta, and private-event options. The credit is a useful offset for a downtown Minneapolis dinner that can satisfy steak lovers and non-steak diners alike.
Start with P.S. Steak. With only 3 current options, this market is useful only if the restaurant already fits your plans.
P.S. Steak. Use this bucket only if a steakhouse was already the plan; the credit can disappear quickly on a steak dinner.
Baldamar, Porzana. These are the names that make the most sense as a normal dinner shortlist rather than a statement-credit scavenger hunt.
These restaurants appear to be new since the earlier version of the Minneapolis Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables list:
These restaurants appeared on an earlier version of the Minneapolis Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables list but were not showing on the current city page as of July 8, 2026:
That does not necessarily mean they are gone permanently. OpenTable participation can change, so check the current page before booking.
Minneapolis looks like a weak market for using the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables credit, but only if the eligible restaurants overlap with places you would actually visit.
I would value the credit based on realistic use in Minneapolis, not the $300 annual amount. A restaurant you would not normally book is not the same as cash.
Before booking, check the current OpenTable Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables page for Minneapolis and make sure the restaurant is still participating.
