See which Hawaii restaurants are part of Chase Sapphire Reserve® Exclusive Tables and how to use the up to $300 dining credit.

Hawaii is a travel-market use case for this credit. Island and neighborhood matter, so do not assume every participating restaurant is convenient for every Hawaii trip.
Last checked: July 8, 2026. Restaurant participation can change.
For Hawaii, Chase Sapphire Reserve® Exclusive Tables currently has a modest list of 5 participating restaurants across Oahu and Maui. The list is useful for a planned Honolulu or Wailea dinner, but it is not broad enough to treat as an automatic vacation value.
Eligible Chase Sapphire Reserve® and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers can receive up to $300 per calendar year in statement credits at Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurants through OpenTable.
The credit is split into two windows:
To use the credit, dine at a participating Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurant and pay with an eligible card. The credit does not apply to every OpenTable restaurant, unused credits do not roll over between the two six-month periods, and participating restaurants can change.
Eligible cardmembers can also link an eligible card on OpenTable for access to special or primetime reservation inventory. Terms apply.
Chase Sapphire Reserve®Annual fee: $795

The Pig and the Lady is the Honolulu pick for modern Vietnamese food in Kaimuki, with Andrew Le and family turning pop-up roots into a full restaurant. Use the $150 window for lunch or dinner when you want pho, banh mi, local produce, and a lively but not white-tablecloth night.
Senia gives the Hawaii list a Downtown/Chinatown option with polished contemporary American cooking and a la carte flexibility, plus a small chefs-counter tasting menu on select nights. The credit is easiest to justify for a special Honolulu dinner where $150 meaningfully offsets two checks.
MW Restaurant is a Honolulu seafood and regional-Hawaii choice from Wade Ueoka and Michelle Karr-Ueoka, now at Velocity Honolulu near Blaisdell Center. It is a practical credit use for travelers who want local flavors, composed plates, and desserts without committing to a tasting menu.
Lineage is the Maui outlier on the Hawaii list, serving Sheldon Simeon’s local-style cooking at The Shops at Wailea. The credit fits best if your trip is already based in South Maui and you want family-style dishes with Filipino, Hawaiian, and island comfort-food influences.
MĀZE is the Kakaako splurge: an omakase food-and-cocktail experience from Justin and Tom Park, the Bar Leather Apron team. Use the $150 half-year credit when you want a reservation built around pairings and counter-style pacing rather than a quick Honolulu dinner.
For Oahu, start with The Pig and the Lady, Senia, or MW Restaurant depending on whether you want Vietnamese, a polished downtown meal, or local seafood. For Maui, Lineage Maui is the practical check.
MĀZE is the most obvious splurge-style option because it is built around omakase and cocktails. The credit helps, but this is still a planned night out rather than a cheap redemption.
These restaurants appear to be new since the earlier version of the Hawaii Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables list:
These restaurants appeared on an earlier version of the Hawaii Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables list but were not showing on the current city page as of July 8, 2026:
That does not necessarily mean they are gone permanently. OpenTable participation can change, so check the current page before booking.
Hawaii looks like an average market for using the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables credit. The list has some useful names, but island geography matters more than the $300 annual amount.
The dining credit works best as a rebate on a real meal, not as a reason to invent a new dinner plan. If Hawaii's list changes where you eat just to use the benefit, value it at less than face value.
Before booking, check the current OpenTable Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables page for Hawaii and make sure the restaurant is still participating.
