Blue Point Grille is a downtown Warehouse District seafood institution, open since 1998 with oysters, lobster bisque, daily fish, skyline views, and a serious wine list. It is the most straightforward Cleveland credit use for a polished seafood dinner near hotels and Public Square.
Edwins serves classic French cooking at the Nighttown location in University Circle while supporting its re-entry and culinary training mission. The credit is useful for a dinner that combines escargot, bistro mains, and wine with a restaurant model that has a clear community purpose.
DANTE is chef Dante Boccuzzi's Tremont flagship in a historic bank building, offering à la carte dishes, tasting menus, and even kitchen-counter experiences. Use the $150 credit for a planned chef-driven dinner; it can offset either a flexible meal or part of a tasting menu.
GINKO is the Tremont sushi option, with traditional Japanese dishes, fish flown in from around the world, daily specials, sake, and Japanese beer. It is a practical credit target for sushi lovers because nigiri, rolls, and drinks can use the half-year benefit without requiring steakhouse formality.
Cordelia is a downtown Cleveland farm-to-table restaurant built around 'modern grandma' Midwestern cooking, local sourcing, and warm hospitality. It is a good $150-window pick when you want a restaurant that feels specific to Cleveland rather than a generic steak or seafood redemption.
Blue Point Grille. Pick from this group if you wanted steak anyway; otherwise, the dining credit may not change the math enough.
GINKO. Check the current menu format before assuming the $150 credit covers much of the bill.
Edwins Restaurant, DANTE, Cordelia - Cleveland. If you want the credit to feel like a normal dinner credit, start with these before looking at pricier or less convenient options.

That does not necessarily mean they are gone permanently. OpenTable participation can change, so check the current page before booking.
Cleveland looks like a average market for using the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables credit, but only if the eligible restaurants overlap with places you would actually visit.
For most readers, the fair value is whatever you would have spent at a participating Cleveland restaurant anyway. Anything beyond that is more coupon-book than cash.
Before booking, check the current OpenTable Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables page for Cleveland and make sure the restaurant is still participating.
