Sapphire Lounge Guest Policies by Card Type

Access to Sapphire Lounge by The Club varies depending on your Chase card. While all eligible cardmembers receive unlimited visits through their Priority Pass™ Select membership, the number of free guests and guest fees differ. Here’s a side-by-side comparison of what each premium Chase card offers in terms of lounge access and guest privileges.

What If You Don’t Have One of These Cards?

If you have a Priority Pass™ membership through another issuer (such as the Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card or The Platinum Card® from American Express), you are eligible for one complimentary visit per calendar year to any Sapphire Lounge by The Club location.

  • This one-visit limit applies across all Sapphire Lounge locations, not per location.
  • Guests are not complimentary under this benefit and will incur a fee.

For more details, visit the Priority Pass™ website or refer to the specific lounge listing.

Lounge Entry Requirements

To enter a Sapphire Lounge by The Club, you must meet the following:

  • Be an active Priority Pass™ member (with the membership tied to an eligible card)
  • Present a same-day boarding pass
  • Enter within three hours of your scheduled departure
  • Show your digital or physical Priority Pass™ card

Note: Lounge access is subject to capacity restrictions and may vary by location.

More lounges are being added over time, so check back regularly if you're traveling through a major airport hub.

Can Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card Cardmembers Access the Lounge?

No. Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card cardmembers do not receive Priority Pass™ Select membership and therefore do not have complimentary access to Sapphire Lounge by The Club.

If lounge access is important to you, consider upgrading to the Chase Sapphire Reserve® by calling the number on the back of your card or applying directly through your Chase account.

Final Thoughts

Sapphire Lounge by The Club offers a premium airport experience for eligible Chase cardmembers, blending local design with elevated amenities. While access is currently limited to cardmembers with Priority Pass™ Select through Chase premium cards, other travelers can still enjoy one visit per year with a qualifying third-party Priority Pass membership.

If you fly often and value luxury lounge access, the Chase Sapphire Reserve® continues to be one of the most rewarding travel cards for both points and perks.
