Questions about combining points

Can I combine points from different banks?

You generally cannot move one bank's points into another bank's program. If both transfer to the same airline or hotel program, you may be able to transfer each balance into your own loyalty account there. Check each program's transfer and account eligibility rules first.

Does Points Pooler move my points?

No. It finds transfer partners and compares transfer details. You make any transfer through your points program; this tool does not connect to your card or loyalty accounts.

Does a transfer path mean award seats are available?

No. A transfer relationship only shows that points can move between programs. Search for the exact award, confirm the price and fees, and then verify the live transfer terms before moving points.

What does a 1:1 transfer ratio mean?

At a standard 1:1 ratio, 1,000 points become 1,000 points or miles in the partner program, before any transfer bonus. Compare each program's rate before transferring.

Why can't I transfer to a listed partner?

Transfer access can depend on your card, account, and the partner's rules. Check transfer eligibility in your points program before moving points.

Can transferred points be reversed?

Usually not. Flexible-points transfers are generally final, so confirm the loyalty account, passenger details, award availability, price, fees, and live ratio first.
