Menu

RUSSIAN HILL · JAPANESE

What to expect at
Nisei.

Seasonal Japanese American cooking in a chef-chosen tasting menu. Expect dishes that reinterpret familiar flavors rather than an à la carte sushi order.

Tasting menu

Autumn dinner tasting

$274 menu + 20% service = $328.80 per person before tax. Expect 13 courses and more than 18 bites; allow at least three hours. Discuss dietary needs at least 48 hours ahead; a fully gluten-free menu is not available.

Imoto dessert tasting

Chef Ellie Estrada’s separate, hour-long dessert experience: $85 menu + 20% service = $102 per person before tax. Dietary restrictions and food allergies cannot be accommodated. This is a dessert tasting, rather than a shorter savory dinner.
