Lufthansa also markets Allegris on aircraft that have Business, Premium Economy, and Economy but no First Class. This includes the Frankfurt-based Allegris 787 fleet and some A350 layouts.

The official seat map shows four passenger positions but only three physical suites. Seats 1A and 1K are Single Suites; positions 1D and 1E share the center Suite Plus, which can hold one or two passengers.

Can I book Lufthansa Allegris First with Aeroplan, LifeMiles, or United miles?＋

Not currently. Lufthansa First award space stopped appearing through partner programs on June 1, 2026 and remained unavailable in this review. Treat old partner sweet-spot guides as stale unless live partner First inventory actually returns.
