Does every Emirates 777 have Game Changer First Class?＋

No. The target cabin has six suites in 1-1-1. An eight-suite 1-2-1 First Class map is Emirates' older 777 product, and a refurbished 777 label alone does not guarantee the Game Changer.

Can an Emirates Skywards Blue member book this First Class award?＋

No. Emirates currently limits First Class Classic Rewards to Silver, Gold, and Platinum members, and the traveler must be at least 9 years old. Transferring points adds redeemable miles but does not create eligible status.
