What to expect
The chef chooses the fish and preparations for each seating. No vegan, vegetarian or children's menus, and soy allergies cannot be accommodated. The booking recommends ages 13+; infants, toddlers, strollers and high chairs are not accommodated. The counter cannot accommodate celiac disease or alcohol allergies. Disclose restrictions before reserving. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may lose the omakase service; alternative seating depends on availability.
