HIGHLAND PARK · AMERICAN
A small Saint Paul restaurant with two ways to dine: order à la carte or reserve the chef's tasting. Its menu changes with farm deliveries, foraging and whole-animal butchery, so it deliberately keeps individual dishes unpublished.

A separate prepaid, approximately 11-course dinner Thursday–Saturday. Allow 3–3½ hours; pairing costs extra. Use the seating time on your dated confirmation.
These describe the dining formats, not a promised dish lineup or eight selectable courses. Tasting reservations are nonrefundable, with transfers to another guest or an available date possible. Discuss allergies in advance; a dairy-free tasting is not available. Check the cancellation fee and notice window on your à la carte reservation before booking; published terms differ. Online reservations handle up to four; contact the restaurant for five or six. There are no high chairs or children's menu.
Whole-animal butchery and house charcuterie shape the seasonal menu.
The kitchen builds around local farms and what it gathers from the woods.
Walk in for the full à la carte menu, a smaller meal or a piece of pie.
