Tasting menu

Prices may change, and some items may be seasonal.

Sushi counter · $255

A chef-selected daily progression of small plates and seasonal nigiri. Cancellations and party adjustments require 72 hours' notice.

Private Koshitsu counter · $285

A separate private seating for four to six, with a dedicated sushi chef. A $1,000 booking deposit is applied to the final bill; cancellations or party changes require two weeks' notice.

Dietary restrictions

The kitchen cannot accommodate no-rice, no-wasabi, gluten-free/celiac, vegetarian/vegan, cooked-fish-only or no-fish requests. Contact the restaurant at least 72 hours ahead about other needs.

What to expect

The fish and individual preparations change daily. Specialty dishes such as the crab described by MICHELIN are separate supplements, not promised included courses.

Cooked opening bites

MICHELIN describes a sample binchotan-grilled cobia bite with red miso and squash before the sushi.

Seasonal nigiri

The chef chooses the daily fish lineup, including fish brought from Japan, rather than offering a fixed list to order.

Dessert finish

Dessert closes the published Koshitsu progression; MICHELIN also highlights the attention given to sweets.
