Minimum spend refers to meeting a set spend requirement on a new credit card to receive the signup bonus. The landscape changes quickly, so we'll most likely create a monthly video about new strategies.
Buying Store Gift Cards
If you're near the end of the 90 day period to meet a minimum spend amount, I recommend buying store gift cards; NOT cash equivalents like the Visa Vanilla card.
Pick gift cards to places you would shop at anyway like grocery stores or gas stations.
Pre-Pay Taxes or Utilities
If you have a small business, you can choose to pre-pay your quarterly taxes with a credit card.
The same goes for utilities if you want to pay a couple of months in advance for internet services.
Pay Your Rent with a Credit Card: RoomiPay
RoomiPay is a service that lets you pay your rent with a credit card, and it charges a 2.5% fee.
They usually send an email on the 22nd of the month with the email title "RoomiPay will be live..."

- Go to roomiapp.com and sign-up
- Once logged in, go to your profile
- Click on "Get Verified."
If you are someone new to RoomiPay, you'll need to create an account and verify your identity.
