For example, if you redeem 100,000 points in a year, you'll receive a 10,000 point rebate. This has nothing to do with how much you spend on JetBlue, only the reward redemption.
The Barclays JetBlue Plus + JetBlue Business 2-card setup is interesting because the 10% rebates stack, meaning you get a 20% rebate if you hold both cards.
