The devaluations will be effective starting on July 29,2018, and the changes may vary depending on the Citi card you have.

Starting on July 29, 2018, the maximum benefit per the calendar year per account will drop from $2,500 to $1,000.
The maximum benefit per item will also drop from $500 to $200.
